PHA Media has teamed up with the Taylor Bennett Foundation – a charity that promotes ethnic diversity in the communications industry – to provide a series of seminars into the hussle and bussle of agency life at our Soho offices.

We put on a special workshop for a group of eager trainees from the foundation which gave them an idea of what is required to cut it at a top PR company.

PHA’s head of production David Brookes gave them a crash course in the role of video production in a PR campaign and a fun-filled brainstorm which threw up some interesting and creative ideas for some our clients.

PHA’s associate director, Stuart Skinner, who helped to organise the partnership with the Taylor Bennett Foundation, enthused: “The students were a breath of fresh air their enthusiasm and knowledge was very impressive.

“I hope this is the start of a long and successful partnership between PHA and the Taylor Bennett Foundation and we expect to offer four-week internships to some of the students in the near future.”

Sarah Stimson, Taylor Bennett course director, added: “We are delighted that PHA Media has joined the growing list of PR agencies to host a field trip for our interns. It is only with continued support from the industry that the foundation can continue to offer such exciting opportunities to graduates.”
