Rhythmix music charity is preparing to do battle with X Factor bosses after their name was used for an X Factor girl group. PHA Media has been drafted in to handle media enquiries and is working closely with Rhythmix legal company, M Law.

Pha top pr week table again

PHA Media is often the agency on everybody’s lips and today we can reveal the reason why. In just 12 months, PHA Media has jumped an almighty 45 places in a prestigious PR league table, which identifies 150 of the best PR firms in the country. The league table, published by industry bible PR Week, indicates that we are now in 84th position, 45 places higher than last year.

This is phenomenal news for our agency. We have progressed well in the past year despite the economic climate that has affected so many individuals and businesses. Our new ranking will inspire us to attract even more clients and to build a bigger and better business than ever before.

Leicester city boss signs to pha media

Milan Mandaric, the Chairman of Leicester City Football Club has appointed PHA Media to handle his press and publicity. Mr. Mandaric and Tottenham Hotspur manager, Harry Redknapp were at the City of Westminster Magistrates Court last week to face charges of tax evasion, which both parties strongly deny.

PHA Media are working closely with Mr.Mandaric’s lawyer, Mark Wilson, who is confident that Mr.Mandaric will be “completely vindicated”.

Banned American radio host Michael Savage hires PHA Media as he sues Home Office for defamation

American radio host Michael Savage, who has been controversially banned from the UK, has hired PHA Media to spearhead his communications strategy as he sues the Home Office for defamation of character and fights for the ban to be lifted.

Michael Savage, real name Michael Weiner, was included in a list of 16 “undesirables” banned from entering the UK for allegedly “stirring up hatred and promoting their extreme views.” The list was released by the Home Office last month.

Father-of-two Michael, who hosts America’s third most popular talkshow The Savage Nation which has eight million listeners, was outraged by the ban and completely refutes outgoing Home Secretary Jacqui Smith’s allegations.

PHA revealed to the national press that Savage has now launched legal proceedings against Jacqui Smith and achieved widespread coverage in the Sunday and daily newspapers.

PHA then secured the host’s first UK interview with BBC Radio Five Live after which he received overwhelming support from the British public in his campaign to get the ban lifted.

Following PHA’s PR campaign, Media Guardian reported our story about him suing Home Secretary Jacqui Smith for £100,000 was “the most viewed in Media”, beating even Britain’s Got Talent star Susan Boyle.
