Wentworth Club

Wentworth Club is like entering another world; the leafy and rhododendron-lined drive through the estate offers glimpses through the trees of lush fairways and manicured greens. Then you are greeted with one of the most celebrated and best known sights in golf, the opening hole on the legendary West Course, overlooked by the famous castellated Clubhouse. Welcome to Wentworth, a Club famous for its Championship golf and three outstanding courses, and a Tennis & Health Club that sets the standard in its class.

Beach Volleyball UK

Beach Volleyball is one of the fastest growing sports in the world and was the third most watched discipline at the Beijing Olympic Games. However, despite its worldwide popularity, it has struggled to find a platform or build an audience in the UK. PHA Media were therefore tasked with the challenge of getting beach volleyball in to the mainstream media, and promoting the sport ahead of the international tournament which was held in Blackpool in September.

Bruno Senna

As the nephew of racing legend Ayrton Senna, Bruno Senna is a pedigree of the racing world. However, it was important for Bruno to establish himself in his own right as a top class driver ready to break into F1. We left the driving to Bruno but the Sports PR team at PHA Media were delighted to step in with a brilliant PR programme.

Fabrice Muamba

Fabrice Muamba’s miraculous survival of a heart attack which saw him ‘die’ for 78 minutes  after he collapsed on the pitch in front of thousands of fans and millions of TV viewers brought media interest from across the globe. Fabrice turned to PHA Media to handle this deluge as he became the biggest story in world football.

Nascar

PHA Media was hired by the American Motor sports corporation to promote the Nascar Daytona Series in the UK. We were tasked with promoting the showcase race of the Daytona Series, the Rolex 24, to a UK audience. A hugely successful press trip for the best of the UK sports journalists was arranged overcoming natural resistance to a sport which is little heard of in the UK, despite its prominence in the US. No marketing or advertising had taken place in the UK so it was over to the PHA Media sports PR team.

Transun

Transun is one of the UK’s most established independent tour operators operating in the Arctic Circle. For more than 20  years, they have been organising day breaks and short stays in the heart of “True Lapland”. Transun came to PHA Media  to  help raise their online and digital presence in and to secure quality travel coverage within key national titles.

Chilly Powder

Chilly Powder are one of the most distinguished ski chalets in the French Alps. They have been operating family friendly holidays of excellence for over 15 years and are famed for their exceptional food and warm , friendly atmosphere. Chilly Powder came to PHA Media to help create a media presence in order to attract new customers to their business throughout the summer and winter months.

Club La Costa

With over 50,000 members, Club La Costa are one of Europe’s leading travel, leisure and time share operators. Club La  Costa operate hotels and resorts in Spain, Austrian, Turkey and the UK offering everything from skiing to luxury yacht  cruises. Club La Costa came to PHA Media to enhance their reputation in the UK press and for us to help give journalists an opportunity to experience their stunning resorts first hand.
