Lee McQueen, Raw Talent Academy – Entrepreneurs and Business PR Case Study
Raw Talent Academy was established in autumn 2010 by former Apprentice winner Lee McQueen.
Raw Talent Academy aims to provide SMEs and corporate organisations with the vehicle to build internal sales academies into long term staffing plans and to encourage organisations to look at the wider raw talent we have in the UK and not just graduates.
As academy director, Lee has taken a hands-on approach by personally mentoring individual candidates and providing them with comprehensive, modular sales training. Raw Talent Academy runs within individual businesses, so all training is done on the job in a living and breathing working environment.
Each training programme is uniquely designed to provide targeted support and development for all sales staff sourced for each business that starts an academy.
