Kev Orkian – Profile Raising PR Case Study

Client Objective

  • To raise Kev Orkian’s profile on the back of his huge success as a semi finalist on Britain’s Got Talent 
  • To promote Kev’s much buzzed-about and acclaimed peformance on the Edinburgh Fringe circuit
  • To secure TV opportunities that would further showcase Kev’s performance skills
  • To draw awareness to Kev’s national tours and upcoming performances.

Strategy and Implementation

Entertainment press – to develop relationships with key titles and capitalize on Kev’s unique skill sets as a comedian, musician and entertainer.

Listings – to make sure that Kev’s performance dates were duly spotlighted, and pack out the theatrehouses at the Edinburgh Fringe and on his personal tour.

National newspapers – capitalize on Kev’s high profile journey and chronicle his rise to prominence on one of the most highly rated TV shows in the UK. Put him forward as a pillar advice for people contemplating a Reality TV career and as a general commentator on the Reality TV Scene.

Results

PHA was initially given one month to raise Kev’s profile.  The project was eventually extended to a  two month project and this is just some of what we managed to achieve for Kev during that time.
