At PHA Media, community management means building and/or maintaining a social media community on behalf of our clients. We set up, monitor and manage Facebook fan pages, Twitter feeds, You Tube Channels and blogs. We work closely with the client to establish a tone of voice and then communicate directly with their consumers through the relevant social media channels.

Using our own online monitoring tool, PHA Source, we are able to monitor conversations that are taking place all across the web. It is important that we are always aware of what is being said about our clients, and also their competitors. We can drill down into those conversations and look at who the key influencers are, who is leading the conversation and how many people are listening to them.
