Stuart’s Team…

Katie graduated from Sheffield University with a first class degree in Journalism making her a perfect fit for PHA. She joined as an Account Executive after periods at the Yorkshire Post and Sydney Morning Herald, and after working as an Account Executive for a leading publishing PR Agency. Katie has recently been promoted to Account Manager. Katie is a keen traveller in her spare time.

Senior Account Executive Ciaran branched into PR after spells in legal journalism and TV production after his studies at Kings College London. His strong communication skills and eye for detail combine well with his keen understanding of the media world. Ciaran has a particular interest in online PR and he has quickly developed as an all-rounder in the fields of sport, health and entertainment PR. His love of sport takes up his free time, although he still remains mystified that he is PHA’s only Liverpool supporter!

Tom – Graduating from University in 2007 with a 2:1 in Sports and Exercise Sciences, Tom is a massive sports enthusiast and keen traveler. Qualifying as a tennis coach at the age of 16, he has coached up and down the country and has experience in organising and running over 20 weeks of summer courses and tournaments. Working at some of the UK’s biggest events such as Glastonbury festival and the Wimbledon Championship, Tom is well practised in dealing with things on a big scale. After spending the last year balancing his coaching with travels he has decided to embark on a career in the world of PR.

Account Executive Nick graduated from the University of Southampton in Sports Management. In his final year, Nick specialised in marketing, including writing his dissertation on branding and the quest for brand equity. He has gained a broad range of experience in PR from his time representing several promising artists for an independent record label and working with a professional football club. Nick is a sports fanatic with an interest in all English and American sports, which transpired from his time touring around the U.S.A as a “soccer” coach. He is also a qualified badminton coach and football referee, and has been quick to add to the sport department rivalry by supporting Man Utd.

Account Executive Faye Steward graduated in 2008 from De Montfort University, Leicester with a 1^st in Business Studies. Since graduating she has worked in the automotive industry for General Motors as part of their communications team, during this time she has gained experience working on events such as UK product launches and Motorshows.  A natural communicator (chatterbox) Faye is now excited about continuing her PR career agency side.

Shelley’s Team…

With a passion for fashion, Hollie achieved a first class degree in Fashion, Media and Promotion from Huddersfield University. Whilst at University Hollie regularly wrote for the fashion pages of her student paper and now makes full use of this journalistic knowledge to benefit all of her clients. Hollie worked for PHA Media throughout her time as a student and we’re delighted to have her as a permanent member of staff.

After graduating from Loughborough University in 2008 with a First Class degree in Management Sciences, Christina immersed herself immediately in the world of PR. Starting at Covent Garden-based company, Publicasity, she worked across a wide range of clients including Lindt chocolates, Wrigley gum, Yahoo! and the Orlando Tourism Bureau. Specialising in consumer PR, Christina has joined PHA Media as an Account Executive in the Fashion & Lifestyle Department. In her spare time Christina is a keen runner and can also be found on the netball court for her local team, the ‘Wimbledon Bravehearts’!

With a strong writing and creative background, PR Executive Nic joined PHA after working on some of the UK’s biggest lifestyle and luxury consumer brands including Theo Fennell, Orange film, Transform Cosmetic Surgery and Asda. A passionate communicator, Nic gained a first class degree in Public Relations from Leeds Metropolitan University and since joining PHA, has worked on a number of fashion and lifestyle accounts including Brian Timoney Actors Studio, NuBeginnings and Redfoot.

PR Account Executive Dani studied English Literature at Loughborough University before entering the world of PR. Dani has strong writing skills and experience in a number of PR sectors, including Food and Drink, Beauty, Health and Travel, and can use this wealth of experience to create positive press coverage for clients in a range of key target media.

David’s Team…

Cameron graduated from The  University of Birmingham in 2005 with a degree in Media, Culture and Society. As the office adventurer, Cameron has travelled extensively and is also a qualified ski instructor. Before joining the world of PR Cameron undertook a course in television production at the Sydney Academy of Film and Television and has worked in radio including Chrysalis, Heart FM and Galaxy, skills which are an excellent fit for David’s team.

Charles graduated from Nottingham University, and then undertook financial head-hunting followed by a stint in legal publishing sales. A longstanding interest in the media developed into a determination for a career in PR after a period at a financial news agency. Charles is particularly interested in the corporate and financial world so fits perfectly with David’s team as an Account Executive. In his spare time Charles shows his lighter side and attends as many Charlton Athletic games as possible although can also often be found playing the trombone. Needless to say Charles is less than pleased with the performance of one of our PHA’S former clients, Alan Pardew!

Celebrity Team…

After eight years as Associate Editor of the News of the World, Phil Taylor joined PHA Media in 2009 as Head of the Celebrity Department. His vast knowledge and understanding of the media combined with an extensive contacts book, means Phil is ideally placed to advise, promote and protect our celebrity clients.

Emma Heley, operates across all of our PR teams and brings the PHA second to none contacts in the celebrity arena to the benefit of many of our clients. Emma trained as a journalist and successfully achieved her degree whilst also working in the promotions industry. She is an expert when it comes to celebrity knowledge and has exceptional brand awareness. Emma has a fabulous contacts book and relationships with the agencies, which can ensure celebrity endorsements are achieved as part of our PR planning.

Emma is happy to share a glass of champagne or two, which is why she’s so bubbly around the office!
