PHA Media’s Celebrity and Entertainment division is working with Britain’s most promising and talented chef, Aktar Islam. Aktar is Head Chef at Lasan, the Birmingham based Indian restaurant that won Gordon Ramsay’s F Word and most recently, Great British Menu. PHA Media will target culinary opinion formers and food writers to bolster Lasan’s national status as the UK’s most-loved Indian restaurant. Furthermore, PHA Media will continue to raise and maintain Aktar’s personal profile in a broad cross-section of national newsprint, trade press, radio and TV, positioning him as an expert on Indian cuisine, a mentor to young, aspiring chefs and a go-to commentator when it comes to all areas of gastronomy.
