The Entrepreneur and Business Team at PHA Media are delighted to announce the signing of eco-friendly book exchange website www.greenmetropolis.com. Green Metropolis is an online second-hand bookstore, designed to revolutionise the way we recycle books. The site has an online community of buyers and sellers, who love books, love sharing, love saving money and do their bit to reduce, reuse and recycle. Every book you buy costs £3.75. Users can also turn the books into cash by listing books for sale and earning £3.00 for every book sold. The site also donates 5p to the Woodland Trust for each book sold.
Green Metropolis has also just signed deals with Age UK and Macmillan Cancer Support as their new charity partners – enabling the charities for the first time to raise funds by selling second hand books online via their new charity online bookstore which will be launched early next year.
