A rare opportunity for a social media expert to join our dynamic digital team at PHA Media.
PHA Media has an exciting range of top brand clients spanning all sectors. The digital team work on digital PR campaigns across these clients and forms an essential part of the integrated PR strategy as well as creating and implementing online campaigns for their own clients.
The Social Media Account Manager will play an instrumental role in running the day-to-day operations for their social media offering and work closely with the Digital Account Director to push this service to the next level.
Having worked in a social media role for at least two years in an agency environment you should be comfortable with social media monitoring, blogger outreach, community conversation management and all elements of social media campaigns.
We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic, creative individual who is excited about the prospect of being part of this dynamic team. Enthusiasm for all things digital is a must but you will also be able to demonstrate:
- Two years experience as a Digital Account Executive
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns with an appreciation for other offline channels
- Enthusiasm for working with clients and helping them to maximise their social media presence
- A strong understanding of social media monitoring and reporting (including competitor analysis and social trends)
- A creative streak with a natural ability to come up with innovative client campaigns
- Examples of successful social media campaigns and community management
- Excellent copy-writing skills.
- Strong client facing and presentation skills
